I took part in volunteer for gardening workshop in Spitalfields city farm a week ago and it was such an amazing time.We just made soil flat and more soften with compost for seeding white radish 'Mooli'.A woman who works there for more than 15 years taught us about that and talked to friends and new people friendly, it was relaxed mood.There was a man from Peru on holiday and he hardly spoke English though,we worked together and tried to understand by using a little Spanish and Italian. It worked 70%. At the end, I harvested some fresh vegs and a lots of harbs from the garden with explanation by a woman who works in the farm office, she could tell every name of them and how wonderful plants they are. It's cool isn't it? The workshop supposed to finish at 2pm but he said he cooked spinach soup in the kitchen but nobody was not sure what he was talking about because of spanish... so I waited for a little over time what he was gonna do and after all helped him :) We ate spinach & potato soup and boiled fresh Beetroots which is one of my favorite.I think after working, touching soil and fileds and this sort of things makes people refreshed.

少し前にブリックレーンの裏にあるSpitalfields city marketのガーデニングに行った。
その日はMooli‘大根’の種を撒くのに土をやわらかくしたりweedingしたりちょっとした力仕事だった。
何人かボランティアの人も来ていて、その中のペルーからホリデーできていた男の人と話していたんだけど、彼は英語がまったく話せなくて、なんとなくのニュアンスでスパニッシュの単語とかで話していて通じてるのかわからなかったけど面白かった。こんなときにスパニッシュ話せたらなあっていつも思う。
リビアというファームで働くイギリス人の女の人と最後に野菜とか沢山のハーブのハーベストしたんだけど、ガーデンに生えている草の中からこれは食べれるんだよって教えてくれな山とってくれてすごい嬉しかった。そのファームにはキッチンもfire placeも木の上の隠れ家みたいなのもあってそこでBBQなんかもできる。最後にはビートルーツをゆでたりスープ作ったり、満腹で満足の日になった。
